About Syncopay

Our Mission

Private music instructors shouldn't need invoicing software built for enterprise. Syncopay is a purpose-built tool that makes billing as easy as finishing a lesson. We handle the invoices, reminders, and payment collection so you can focus on what you do best — teaching.

How It Works

Sign up & connect Stripe

Create an account, complete a quick onboarding wizard, and connect your Stripe account. Takes about 5 minutes.

Add your students

Build a lightweight roster with each student's name, parent's name, email, and default lesson rate.

Bill after each lesson

Tap 'Bill' next to a student. We generate a secure Stripe Checkout link and email it to the parent automatically.

Parents pay, you get paid

Parents click the link, pay securely, and the funds go directly to your Stripe account. We send automated reminders if they forget.

Security & Trust

Syncopay never handles your money. All payments flow directly through Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses worldwide. We use Stripe Connect so instructors receive funds directly into their own Stripe account. Parent payment links are secured with unique access tokens that expire automatically.
